Here we go again – it is merry December already! And there is no better way to start the holiday month than with the two-day LEGO exhibition, which members of Kocke Klub in collaboration with LEGO Store Slovenia prepared at the Citypark shopping center in Ljubljana. The skyscrapers of the LEGO city rose again to the sky and the newest LEGO city train speeded around the neat downtown. The youngest visitors to the exhibition could dive into the LEGO City Jungle exploration and admire the never-ending hustle and bustle in the Star Wars town of Mos Eisley. Those more mature visitors probably admired the model of Villa De Seppi the most and were reminded of the times when trams still drove on streets of Ljubljana. The exhibition was rounded off by a large LEGO Technic showroom with supercars, strong trucks, and big mobile cranes which were still dwarfed by over two meters high blue giant tower crane. Children, impressed by the exhibition, were able to implement their new ideas in LEGO playrooms and the bravest of them participated in a real LEGO Technic Rally races. For the best of the young racers, LEGO Store Slovenia provided LEGO prizes. All the visitors were leaving the event with cheerful faces and with sparkles in their eyes, even brighter than those of the lights, which were just being lit all over the cities around the country in order to announce the most wonderful time of the year.
The following gallery shows the highlights of the exhibition.
